Shipping Policy
At Atley.co we aim to make your shopping experience as simple as possible and therefore have calculated flat rates for shipping Australia-wide, which is based on the weight of your total order. For all standard items we ship through Australia Post and for heavy goods, such as furniture, we use a preferred carrier and deliver to Metro zones (only). Metro rates for furniture freight are determined by your postcode.
In the chance that you are requiring freight outside of Metro shipping areas for larger custom items, such as furniture, please contact us at: info@atley.co to discuss and arrange a shipping quote.
Please note: delays in shipping do occasionally occur, and Atley.co is not liable for any loss and damage caused by the delivery delays, nor to refund any amounts paid for the order or delivery of the order. Once your order is placed and dispatched, it is viewed by Australia Post as your property. We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen mail once it has left our care.
No Pickup Option Available
We currently only offer shipping within Australia on our site. However, if you are an International customer, feel free to contact us at: info@atley.co to discuss and arrange a shipping quote.
All our shipping options come with tracking. For information on delivery status customers can use the tracking number provided to track orders via the appropriate courier's website. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel between 9am-6pm Mon-Fri.
