For sanitary reasons, does not accept returns or exchanges on pacifier clips or any items that have been used, marked or damaged.

Due to the nature of custom-made items such as furniture, bags and artwork; delays can occasionally occur. Please note that production/shipping delays are rare and do not fall under our cancellation policy unless in exceptional circumstances. As our custom items are made to order they are non-refundable.

As part of the hand-making process and in some cases using clay, wood and leather, there may be slight imperfections such as irregularities in size, texture scaring, blemishes and markings which is all part of the beauty behind natural materials and handcrafted products. These characteristics should be embraced making each piece unique and will not be deemed as faulty.

For all other items we will offer an exchange policy only if the goods have been deemed defective by one of our team members. We must be notified within the first 48hours including proof of damages during this period.

Please note that upon receiving an item if it is in any way visually faulty that you have the transport company record the fault through their internal system before you sign for the item.

We will provide you with a refund on full-priced items if:
1. the items are deemed faulty by one of our team members
2. the items received are different to the goods you have ordered

Please note that any refund amount will be less the shipping charge unless authorised.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We have done our best to ensure the product colour is displayed accurately. However, please note that colour resolution may vary on individual computers and all images should be used as a reference only. Return requests for discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.

If the above conditions are met, please follow the below instructions when requesting a return/exchange:

1. Email: with your name, address, order number and the reason for your request. Please note that the item must be unused, unwashed, and are returned in its original condition/packaging and must be in a re-saleable condition. reserve the right to inspect any return item upon receipt.

2. One of our team members will be in touch within 48hrs to discuss our return/exchange process.

Please note that is not responsible for postage costs for returned items - these are at the customer’s expense unless a product is faulty. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning an item, we recommend using a tracked postage service as we are not responsible for the loss or damage of items in transit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In the unfortunate event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact via email to within 24hrs of your purchase.
In the case that your item has not yet began in production or been dispatched and cancellation is within the 24hr period of purchase, then we will cancel your order and organise a refund.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, unmaintained or modified products, damage from abnormal or inappropriate use or placement in inappropriate locations.
